Bieber used the excuse that he was running from aggressive paparazzi, which is a perfect reason to put everyone on a busy road in harms way. Police finally managed to pull this dumb ass over in his chrome Fisker-Karma. Because $100,000 sports cars are the perfect way to elude the shutterbugs.
